Emirates Pre-Insulated Pipes Industries LLC (EPPI), a subsidiary of National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed), was established in 2000 and is one of the region's leading manufacturers of advanced pre-insulated piping systems and HDPE pipe solutions. EPPI serves a broad range of applications, including district cooling and heating, underground utility networks, oil and gas, industrial and process piping, potable water transmission, wastewater and sewage systems, and other critical energy and infrastructure sectors.

Strategically located in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-1), Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, EPPI operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities occupying a combined area of 48,000 square metres. Our extensive storage and logistics capabilities enable us to maintain inventories exceeding 50 kilometres of pipes in mixed sizes, thousands of fittings, and substantial stocks of polymers and chemical raw materials, ensuring reliable and timely delivery to our customers.

Since its inception, EPPI has successfully manufactured and supplied more than 6,000 kilometres of piping systems for over 2,000 projects, ranging from small-scale developments to some of the region's most prestigious and complex infrastructure projects.

EPPI is equipped with the latest polyurethane (PUR) foam dispensing and processing technologies, ensuring superior insulation quality and long-term system performance. Our insulation systems are manufactured using 100% CFC-free technology with Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (Zero-ODP), reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability. Our advanced, fully automated extrusion lines produce seamless solid-wall High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and jackets that comply with the highest international quality standards.
